Booking & Usage Policy
- NVivo and SmartPLS are available to students, faculty, and staff of the IPB University School of Business.
- Book a session via WhatsApp +62 811-9213-007 or in person at the SB IPB Library*.
- When booking, please provide your name, the software you need (NVivo/SmartPLS), and your preferred time.
- Each booking covers 1 hour of use, on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If others are waiting, extensions are granted in queue order.
- If no one is waiting, you may extend your session after notifying library staff.
- Users are responsible for the computers, facilities, accounts, and software licenses, and must not share access with others.
- Please notify library staff when you finish. Use is limited to the SB IPB Library’s opening hours.
